Privacy notice
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This notice explains how Nexora AI handles information submitted through the project enquiry form. Please do not include passwords, API keys, financial account details, identity documents, health data, or other sensitive information in a project brief.
When the form is connected to the online intake service, it displays a reference only after the service confirms that the enquiry was saved. If the service is not configured or submission fails, the site tells you to retry the enquiry later. A downloaded brief alone does not mean the enquiry was received.
Information collected
If you submit an online enquiry, the service processes the name, email address, business/project name, selected service, optional budget and deadline, project goal, optional HTTPS reference link, consent timestamp, submission timestamp, and a one-way hash used to limit spam. It does not intentionally store the raw network IP address.
Why it is used
- To receive, review, and respond to your project enquiry.
- To understand the requested service and any deadline you provide.
- To reduce abusive or automated submissions and maintain a record of your consent.
Service providers and storage
When online intake is enabled, submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database through a Cloudflare Worker. If email alerts are configured, a notification containing the enquiry details is sent through Resend to the Nexora AI notification inbox. Email alerts may be unavailable or fail even when an enquiry has been saved; the website reports this separately where possible.
Sharing and security
Enquiry details are not intentionally published in the public GitHub repository and are not sold. Access to the owner retrieval endpoint requires a private access key. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please share only the information needed to discuss your project.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries should be kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the proposed work, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The operator can delete individual submissions through the authenticated owner endpoint. Deleting a database entry does not automatically remove copies already delivered to the notification inbox; those copies must be deleted separately where applicable. To request access, correction, or deletion, submit a new project enquiry through the website and clearly state that it is a privacy request. Include the original enquiry reference if you have one, and do not include passwords or other sensitive details.
Your choice
The enquiry form requires you to confirm that Nexora AI may use the supplied details to respond. You can choose not to submit the form. If the online service is unavailable, keep your local brief and retry later; a downloaded brief alone does not mean the enquiry was received.
This notice describes the intended handling of this enquiry service; it is not legal advice. If your project needs a formal contract, data-processing terms, or specific retention requirements, agree those before sharing confidential or regulated information.
